Failure analysis & Diagnostics

The most important factor in failure investigation is to find the root cause of the fault.With that the fault does not repeat after the repair.As Martus Makine, we perform complete fault detection by connecting especially to the engines with electronic controlled and exhaust emission systems (Stage 5) with connection kits.

Repairment

Spare part lists are prepared by using original parts based on the fault detection made by our expert teams.Your failure are repaired quickly and reliably by our certified technicians.We provide warranty for the technican's labour and spare parts used.

Overhaul

In the revisions we make in our workshop, we approach your engine with the sensitivity of the manufacturer. All rectification measurements are controlled by the values written in the technical documentation of your engine.During the assembling stage, your engine is made to work as its first day according to the values given by the engine manufacturer.

Maintenance

Maintenance is very important for you to use your engine smoothly and efficiently.The quality and originality of the spare part used increases the performance of your engine and decreases the failure possibility. At regular intervals, the analysis of engine fluids is tested in our contracted laboratories.The determination of the parts and engine fluids that need to be changed is made according to technical analysis. With this the use of unnecessary parts is prevented.
